Well there are many reason but i am only going to list a few: the first reason is that not many people have the actual time to play the game and have other things to do such as work etc. So therefore other people gain the advantage over them and their bases! The other reason people use the battle pirates cheats is down to damn right lazyness and they simply cannot be bothered to wait for the buildings, upgrades and reasearch to finish
